0:00I always start, you want to start from the beginning.
0:01So, you know, I talk a lot about prebiotics.
0:06I never heard about prebiotics, I heard about probiotics.
0:10Um, but the begin health prebiotic, and so what that does is that like creates the environment for probiotics to thrive.
0:16It's kind of the food for the probiotics, so you need them first pre.
0:20Um, you can see here, see now we even get creative with it, right?
0:26Like, so, um, it's tasteless, it's colorless, odorless, no texture, trust me, my kid is he's, I call him the detective, man.
0:35He could figure it out, he has never figured this out.
0:38So, he's getting all of these prebiotics, but we get creative now, we're putting it in like mac and cheese.
0:44I know, listen, I know, I don't he loves mac and cheese, he's kids, they have these crutches.
0:50I mean, so it's part of it.
0:51So, you know, like we mix in the prebiotics with with uh with the mac and cheese.
0:57And other foods too, it's not just the water that he's drinking.
0:59So we're kind of getting creative, um, some of my a couple of my daughters.

1:18And when we did that, you know, this was this was the best part about it.
1:20He got more adventurous and more curious about trying new foods, that's when he started really trying broccoli and blueberries.
1:31And I think it's like his his tummy just felt better.
1:34Like imagine just anybody walking around with a hurt tummy all day.
1:38And a lot of these kids can't articulate that.
1:40All of a sudden your stomach feels better and you're like, okay, well I'll try new stuff, you know, like I I just I feel better.
1:46Um, so that's why we use the the begin health.
1:49Um, prebiotics, I'll drop their link in the
