0:08So I'm going to need a little help.
0:09I've been drinking this drink for six years, maybe even seven at this point.
0:14And I love it because it gives me energy and focus without crash, jitters, or anxiety.
0:17It's called mud water.
0:18And I know we could all use a deal right now, so I have something for you in a bit.
0:22My husband and I alternate our caffeine sources sometimes from coffee, teas, Yapon, cacao.
0:28And then blends like this.
0:30Hey, do you want ice or hot?

0:33You know it's like 98 out here, right?
0:36Yeah.
0:37I'll still be having hot.
0:39So mud water has caffeine, 35 milligrams right there.
0:42But it also has other ingredients that bring about smooth energy. Right here on the front, we have cacao, masala chai, cordyceps, lion's mane, reishi, chaga.
0:51Those four are functional mushrooms, and I could do a whole video about the wonders functional mushrooms have done on my mind and my body.
0:56We also have turmeric, Himalayan salt, which is an electrolyte, really good stuff.
1:40This is 100% organic, except for the pink Himalayan salt that you see at the end.
1:46And that's because minerals don't have organic certifications.
1:48I also love how every ingredient has traceability.
1:50And I'll put them here on the screen so you can read it, but knowing where our food comes from is so increasingly important.
