The land and waterways of Oregon have always provided for its people, but in the last 200 years the landscape has changed drastically. What is the future of our natural lands and of those who’ve been removed from these areas? Educator Gabe Sheoships leads a discussion about what a relationship with nature means, how we can provide inclusive and equitable spaces within our public lands and natural areas, and how we can work toward healing relationships with our land. Representatives from Friends of Trees and Oregon Humanities will also join us.
It’s free, with complimentary snacks and drinks, but please RSVP to secure your spot. bit.ly/2H1UxV3
