For this shake I added:
oat milk
1 banana
flax seed
cocoa powder
1 scoop @gardenoflife plant based Vanilla protein
sometimes I’ll add 2 dates as well for a little sweetness!
Garden of Life Raw Organic Vanilla Protein contains 22G of complete protein and 4BCAAs which helps build and repair muscle!! I also love to make protein cookie dough with it... :)
