We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also cancel your account at any time via your dashboard.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderful is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
